Media Tab - (Displayed only for the Synchronize Media with slides Project Type
Once you've added slides to your project on the Slides Tab - you are now ready to add Media files. You may either click the Next Step button (located at the bottom in the Presio Button Bar) OR click the Media Tab at the top. The Media Tab allows you to import audio or video files into your project. The media files added here, will then be synchronized with slides in the next step: 4. Synch on the Synch Tab

Add Media Files

Clicking this button opens a Browse dialog box, which allows you to select one or media media files (audio or video files) to be incorporated into the current project.
Supported media types include: For video: avi, wmv, mpg, mov For audio: wav, mp3, wma
Note: Depending on the media format and whether the file is audio or video - Adding a media file can take several minutes to complete as Presio converts the file into a standard format that it can work with.

Move media file up
|
After selecting a media file from the Media Files list - this button moves the media file up 1 position.
Note: The order the media files appear in the Media Files list is the order they will playback when synchronizing on the Synch Tab. You can re-order the files in this list at anytime.

Move media file down
|
After selecting a media file from the Media Files list - this button moves the media file down 1 position. |
Delete media file from project
|
After selecting a media file from the Media Files list - this button remove the media file from the project.
Note: If you had previous Synched slides with this media file, that Clip will still remain intact within your project. |
How to Add a media file
1. Click the Add Media Files button
2. Browse to the file you'd like to add
3. Click Open
4. Presio will convert the file and add it to the project
Note: Depending on the whether the file is an audio or video file and the format, the import process may take several minutes. Video files will take longer to import than audio files.
5. Import complete. The file will now show up in the Media Files List.
Note: You may add several audio or video files and can order them using the Move Up/Move Down button to the right of the Media Files list. You may also remove imported files. You are now ready to Synch your Slides with your Media Files.
