Details Tab - (Displayed for all 3 Project Types)

 

Once you've selected your project type or opened an existing project - you are ready to enter Presentation Details.  When you first create a new presentation you will be on the Details Tab. Fill in the information on this tab before moving to the next tab.  The only required field is Presentation Title.

Details Tab - (Fields and functions)

Presentation Title

[Required]

This is a required field.  This text is displayed in a published presentation when using a Default HTML template.  See Figure 1 below.

 

Summary

[Optional]

A brief description of the presentation.  This is text is displayed on the Details page (see Figure 2 below) of a published presentation when using a Default HTML template.

 

Presentation Time

 

Presentation Date

 

[Optional]

The date and time the presentation was recorded.  This is text is displayed on the Details page (see Figure 2 below) of a published presentation when using a Default HTML template.

 

 

Presenter

[Optional]

The presenter or speaker. This is text is displayed on the Details page (see Figure 2 below) of a published presentation when using a Default HTML template.

 

Logo

[Optional]

A small image that is displayed at the top of a published presentation when using a Default HTML template.  Typically used for branding, such as corporate logo.

 

Attachments

[Optional]

Documents or links to additional presentation content that viewers can download or preview.    Attachments are displayed on the Links tab of a published presentation when using a Default HTML template.

Save Details Button

Clicking this button saves the data entered on the form to the project file.  

 

Note:  Clicking to another Tab automatically Saves data on the Details Tab to the project file as well.
