Presenters

The Managing Preferences - Presenters screen allows you to Add, Edit, or Delete speakers or presenters of the presentations that are published within Presio.  Maintaining a list of presenters, and relating a presenter to presentation simply allows the presentation to display details about the speaker.

 

This screen can be accessed from one of two ways:

 

From the Start Screen under the Settings menu, by selected the Preferences option:

or by selected the button to the right of the Presenter list on the Details Tab, within a project file.

Once the Preferences screen opens you can manage Presenters on the Presenters Tab:

From this screen you may Add, Edit, or Delete individual presenters.  Click OK when finished.

 

 

 

Think of this screen as a master list of presenters.  To relate a particular presenter to a project. Select the presenter from the list when working on the Details Tab of a project.

Presenter details are displayed on a published presentation when using HTML based templates such as the "Default" template:
