Presio utilizes step-by-step approach to creating a web presentation. Each step of the process is represented by a set of Tabs across the top of the main Presio Workflow Screen. Once you've chosen a Project Type from the Main Start Screen by selection a link under the Create New Presentation section:

The main Presio Workflow Screen will open. Depending on the Project Type you've selected the Workflow Screen will be slightly different. The primary difference is when Recording narration versus Synching existing media files with slides.
For example, when you select: Record Audio with slides the Workflow Screen looks like this:

For a Video with slides project - the screen is virtually the same. For these 2 project types, there are 5 steps (corresponding to 5 Tabs across the top).
When you select: Synchronize media with slides the Workflow Screen looks like this:

For this project type, there 6 steps (corresponding to the 6 Tabs across the top).
Regardless of the Project Type - to begin creating your presentation, you enter information and follow the instructions for each Tab. Once you've completed that step you can click the Next Step button in the Presio Button Bar at the bottom of the screen:

OR
you may select the next tab you'd like to work with. At anytime you can jump directly to a tab by clicking the tab you wish to work with. You can also move from step to step using the Previous Step and Next Step buttons in the Presio Button Bar:

Note: The functions of each tab are described in the Creating a Presentation section of this help file.
Note: If you have not completed a particular step, you may not be able to jump directly to another step. For example, you need to add slides on the Slide Tab before you go to the Record Tab. If you have not added slides to your project, and try to click the Record Tab. You will be prompted with this message:

In addition to the tabs across the top of Workflow Screen, and the corresponding functions within each Tab, the Workflow Screen also has a set of buttons that are available regardless of the current step you are working on.
