Folder

Publishingb2

By default Presio sets your default publish folder to your local "My Documents\iPresent Presio" folder and with a subfolder that is the Presentation Title as specified in Step 1: Details. If the  default publish folder already exists, Presio will append an additional timestamp to ensure a unique folder is created.

Publishingb3

Note:  You may override the Publish Folder that Presio specifies by Clicking the Browse button and selecting another folder or by simply entering a valid Windows folder in the text box.   Either way, Presio will attempt to publish to the folder you specify.

FTP Published Presentation

Publishingb4

If you would like to have your presentation automatically sent to remote server via FTP then check the FTP published presentation check box.  The FTP process will begin after the presentation has been published locally.  The default is unchecked.

To Presio's built in FTP functionality, you'll need to setup an FTP location to publish to.  Click the Configure FTP... button to do so.  This will open the FTP Settings window.  To configure an FTP location to publish to enter the values on this screen and click Save.  You may need to check with the server administrator to ensure you've entered the correct values.  Typically the server administrator will need to provide a user account to you.

Player Template

Publishingb7

Select your desired template to publish your presentation to.

Default - This template is best for viewers that would like the full rich media experience.  This is an HTML based template that includes Slide navigation, Presentation details, Speaker information, slide thumbnails and other features for interacting with your content in a web browser.

Stand-alone Slideshow - creates a single downloadable file that a viewer can download to their machine for local viewing.  This is convenient for user's that would like to view your content without being connected to the Internet via a web browser.  This template doesn't provide the level of rich features that the Default HTML template does, however.

To view examples of what published content looks using these templates view our Presio examples page.
