Review Tab - (Displayed for all Project Types)

Once you've synchronized slides with your media files (whether you recorded the media files directly or imported and synched) - you are now ready to Review your project.  You may either click the Next Step button (located at the bottom in the Presio Button Bar) OR click the Review Tab at the top.

The Review Tab allows you to synchronize your Media file(s) with your Slides.  The Review Tab implements a similar design - 2 windows are opened at a time - the main Review Tab screen and a Slide Viewer window.

The Review allows you to review and edit your project before publishing into a final rich media presentation format.  There are basically 3 sections to the Review Tab:

1. Review Buttons - These buttons allows you to manage Synched Slides and Clips within the project:

Delete Clip

Removes the currently selected Clip (including all synched slides contained within the clip) completely from the project.

2. Clip and Slides List - This area displays a list of all Synched Slides and Clips within your project.  You can choose a Clip or Slide to work manage or preview.

ReviewingandEditingb4

View by Clips Tab - This tab lists (in a hierarchical form) each Clip within your project and then within each Clip, the related Synched Slides.  Each synched slide listed displays the Timepoint and the Slide Title.  The Timepoint is the relative time within the Clip in which the slide will display in a final presentation.

This tab allows you to select Clips or Slides to edit/add/delete etc.  As you select a clip or slide from the list, the functions you can perform will be enabled by the Review Buttons to the left.

Selecting a Clip item from the list:

1.  Moves the media seek bar to the beginning of the clip, ready for playback

2.  Enables the Delete Slides, Rename Clip, Delete Clip buttons

3.  A selected Clip may be reordered by dragging it above or below other clips in the list - the final order the clips are within the list is the order in which the final published media will be generated

Selecting a Synched Slide item from the list:

1.  Opens Slide Preview window for that particular

2.  Enables the Add Slide, Edit Slide, Copy Slide, Delete Slide buttons

3.  Moves the media seek bar to that point in the clip

View by Slides Tab - This tab lists all Synched Slides in a flat list, exactly as the published presentation's Table of Contents area will appear to your viewers.  Once a presentation is published all clips are merged into a single media file, and the corresponding slides are synched with that final published file.  So, this list displays each Slide Timepoint relative to a published presentation with a single media file.  Slide titles are also displayed.  This view is designed for previewing your clips and synched slides together, and no Slide or Clip editing functions are available when on this tab.
