Video is not displayed in the Video Preview area of the Record Tab OR video is not being recorded

 

This issue typically occurs when the camera or video device is not properly connected to the computer. First, verify that the video camera is properly connected and all drivers are installed and installation instructions by the video device manufacturer have been followed.   Also, ensure the video device has been turned on.

 

Once you've verified the camera's connection and that the camera is powered on, check to ensure that your Video Device setting is properly selected on the Presio Audio/Video Settings window.

 

 

From the Presio Start Screen:

 

1.  Select Manage Audio/Video Settings... under Other Options

2.  Under Choose Video Settings select the appropriate Video Device from the list:

3.  The Video Preview area should display video from the video device you selected:

4.  Click Ok to close the window

             

5.  The Video should now preview properly on the Record Tab and video should also be captured when Recording.
