I burned a Presio presentation to CD and it won't play back properly - how do I fix this?

My published presentation plays back fine on the machine where I have Presio installed, but it does not play back properly on another machine. Can I copy the files to another machine for local playback?
This is typically due to security restrictions by Windows and/or the Flash Player when playing local web content.
